             We  fill most orders  On Mondays , after your payment has  cleared.Orders are processed in 48-72 hours.Some  orders are  filled in as  little as 8 hours.Lingerie  may  be  shipped  seperatly . Since  we  are a U.S. based wholesaler,We do not  waste any time in filling and shipping out  your  order. We stock all of our items at the time of listing,However,due to nature of online selling, it is possible that an item may be out of stock if  that  occurs *you  will get a substitute  product closest to  the  item  you  ordered. We  may  hold  your  order  if  we  are  expecting  that item in for  2-3 weeks.If  there  is  nothing similar we  can  substitute to fill your  order,you  will get  a  refund.We  will not  substitute  eyelash #'s or  wigs  unless  email approved. Second  choice  colors  on wigs  are a  must.If  you  are  in a  time  frame email us  to  see if  your  items  are in stock               

      We pride ourselves on fast processing and understand  our customers need for  their products to be available to  them quickly, to resell and make money.           

         Domestic Shipping: We  use FEDEX as our shipping services,smaller  items  may  ship US Post Office depending on the  weight,size of  the  ship box and zip code of destination of  your order. Do  not  pick  ground shipping if  your  address is a residential home . Fedex  charges  are more  to  deliver to a resident. We  reserve  the  right  to  charge  you  for  this  expense if  you  put down a  residential home  address  for  a commercial property  business shipping  quote.  ALL orders are shipped  Insured - Signature Confirmation.  Sorry but we require a signature.  When the Post office/FEDEX delivers to the wrong address (it happens ) we have no way of proving it and can not file a claim. 

 

         Our  shipping is  set for large bulk orders not  single items,except in the  single item/retail  category   where  there  is  no  handling  charge  applied also      

         Please remember you are  ordering quantity,dozens and lots.Except in the  single item category.       

     The  products  have  weight and volume to them and most products  are  packaged and  sealed  ready to sell for retail sales,many items with cardboard to hang, manufacturer tags, bar codes or display hooks.    

     These items take  up a lot of space to be packed without damage for  resale.

           Large orders may be shipped in more then 1 box.          

   EX:  winter weight gloves equal over 3 lbs for 1 dozen,they also  have a large volume when shipping, if  you  order 30 dozen, they will need to  shipped in large multiple boxes.extra  charges  may  apply.  

    ****ALL Shipping Carriers are now charging by size and weight.All shipping  carriers are also increasing their rates intermittently as of Jan.09,May /09

                 FEDEX  rates  change  their  fuel adjustments  daily according to  fuel prices ,we  reserve the  right  to  ship ground if  prices  change from the  time  you placed  your  order.

    * Hair products,wigs,extensions,undergarments,eyelashes are  not  returnable

         *All  wholesale orders  have  a $10.00 handling fee  built into  the  shipping  price it  is  not  returnable with  out of  stock items  order returned payments unless it  is  a  complete  order return.This  does  not  apply to  our free shipping  category

    .     * All   Wholesale/Fundraising   orders  that  are  picked up at  our  retail  store  are  charged  a 10.00 handling  fee .  

                       This  only  applies  to  US domestic  orders.        

    International orders  will be  charged US postal service  rates  to  that  region,if available +25.00 handling fee+the process fees   

           We do and Will Ship small orders Worldwide,  but Please Call Us To Find Out the correct Shipping Charges to  your country. We cannot fit large  products in small flat rate international boxes ! 

    All International Buyers Will Be Responsible For Any Duty Or Taxes Imposed By Their Government.

            Flat rate international shipping boxes are  limited to 20 lb weight  and  size is restricted  to 11x12 x3 in            

               We  will   ship  small orders by  US post office mail  to  PO BOXES, If  bill to  address  is  a  PO box address,  No  FEDEX  orders to  PO boxes

       **** ALL orders  are required to  have a tracking # Insurance and delivery  signature  signing to safely deliver  your  order.  Sorry but we require a signature.  When the Post office/FEDEX delivers to the wrong address ( it happens ) we have no way of proving it and can not file a claim.

                        Insurance and  signature signed  delivery  fees + handling fees  are   included in the  shipping  price

           ****  ALL  orders  will only  be  shipped to  address that match the  payment  billing  address . Please  write a confirmation in a  email to  us if  item are  to  be  shipped  to  another  address other  then bill to  address .

                  We stock all of our items at the time of listing,However,due to nature of online selling, it is possible that an item may be out of stock. 

**    There are no color or image choices on  any products unless noted  in the  description .Image and colors may vary from photos depending  on stock availability.

           Bliss,Stardel Lash and ICE Brands human hair may be substituted    

for Red Cherry  they are  the  same  company. All items are bought in wholesale bulk,at discounted closeout prices and there are no choices on color or images/patterns for product unless  stated. We ship what  we  have in stock.

 Please  let us know your second  choices,for wigs,eyelashes,wig  colors etc,if  any , in the note payment box  with your payment or a email.This will speed up delivery process for you.If this should happen, a email or phone call will be sent/made if  a substitute is available for your approval if  needed on wigs or eyelash#s only, if no substitute is available your order will be shipped without a substitute & without  that item. All other  items  will get  a  subsitute as  close  as  possible.

  *products that are returned  that  have  been  shipped  with  shipping  included /free  shipping will have  a  original  ship  to  buyer  fee  taken  out of  the total  return  payment +15%restock  fee    

          *****   A complete OR partial refund will be issued with in 24-48 after your order is shipped,for any items we are out of stock on or  cannot  substitute a similar item for of  equal  value ***** 

    

Typographical Errors      



In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price,or shipping price, we reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.or shipping price. We reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and /or your credit card has been charged.If you already made payment for the purchase and your order is cancelled, We shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount you paid for that item /or order.



Canceled  orders  or  customer "change  of  mind" orders,returned orders,and return payment due  from not reading the terms and  conditions or FAQ section including  processing times,delivery times,returned packages to us from shipper due to customer unable to sign for signature  delivery packages from the shipper, will also  be  charged  15% transaction fee/restock fee .

Returns  not  accepted on Hair products, undergarments,lingerie,costumes or  any  products altered in any  way including packaging, tags or use of  product.

Returns  must  be  sent back to  us within 7 days ,in original packaging. All returns are  subject to  15%restock fee/handling fee.

All return  shipping  charges are  the  buyers  responsibility,   buyer is  responsible to  insure  return package  from loss by the  chosen shipper.  



Free  shipping items/shipping included   will have  a  ship  fee taken out  of  any  returned items total 

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy and the Terms and  Conditions at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on Our Web site. DISPUTES: Chargebacks from the Credit Card Company.
A Chargeback is when you contact your credit card company or payment processor and dispute a charge we have made to your card. Chargebacks are expensive for us to research and process and  ALWAYS UNNECESSARY. We will ALWAYS work with you to resolve any issue.
You agree, as part of these terms and conditions, that in the event you wish to file a dispute:
1) to contact us- all our invoices have our phone # on them with  the  transaction payment ID and allow us to resolve the issue. If representative is unavailable, you agree to leave a message referring to a "disputed charge" or email  us at www.wholesalebestbuy@gmail.com. .  
2) to give us up to 2 working days to return your call or message, in case of out of  office /illness/power outages ETC.We normally will respond same day .If you are not available we will leave a message or email you.Please check your spam box before panicing.
3) To give us up to 3 working days after we have spoken with you and you have explained the dispute to us, and provided any documentation we need to validate your dispute.
You further agree that if you file a dispute with your credit card company or payment processor before completing this process, you will pay 25% of the purchase price of the product, including shipping, to cover the time and resources we need to process your claim with the credit card company and that you will pay the fee regardless of the outcome of the investigation. Every time  you contact your credit card to ask about a  charge,they charge us to  retrive that infomation,We will gladly email you a  dublicate invoice if needed or explain your order or your bill.
If, after speaking with you, we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction and you do institute a chargeback, you agree to pay the 25% processing fee if the credit card company does not rule in your favor.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims -including not as Described,reversing your payment after receiving product, RE: regarding substitutes for item out of  stock as stated repeatedly in our web site will result in posting your email,name/ business name in our customer chargeback section and reported online. All attempts to negate charges unfairly are investigated by our technical department and legal department. Your computer IP address is recorded and checked at time of placing your order.If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services,Attorney General of your state,& the FBI fraud department.
