We do accept returns on most items, unless noted in the product description.Underwear, bras, Hair products, pieces,wigs combs, brushes, hair accessories, nail glue, eyelashes, are not returnable due to health reasons.
All products must be shipped back to us at your expense in original condition and in their sealed packages unused,all returns must be sent back with insurance at buyers shipping expense.All items must be unopened and in new condition,unused with tags attached and must be our merchandise. Any shipping charges not refundable.Items that have shipping included/free shipping will have a origninal ship to the buyer fee taken out of return payment There is a 15% restock fee.We have a clear return policy page on our site,All items are bought in wholesale bulk,at discounted closeout prices and there are no choices on color or images/patterns for products. We ship what we have in stock.All items must be received back to us undamaged ,this includes damages from shipping, in a 7 day time frame upon the delivery date to you.All items are inspected before we ship for any defects.

Canceled ordersmust be done within 2 hours of placing the order. Any order canceled after shipping occurs will be credited back minus the original and return shipping costs, plus a restocking fee of 15%. This policy requires that all packages be returned to us, unopened, and in good condition.
