    Why is  shipping  seem so  expensive for a small order ? 

   # 1 All items  are  set  for BULK LARGE BOX  shipping calculations. If  you  need a  small order  email for  a  ship  quoteor  use  a  6 piece or  single  item product most of  these  have  shipping included in the  price.

   #2 All  orders no matter how  small are  required to  be  insured- fees start 2.75 & go  as  high  as 5.75  for  insurance, signature delivery  fees  are 3.75 which  assures that only you  get your order,+ $10.00 handling is  charged in the  ship  price .

Our  shipping  policy  is  clearly  stated  on the  web  site ,it  includes  signature  delivery  and  insurance  for  your  cost  and  ours in case of  loss and  we  have  a  10.00 handling  fee  included in that  shipping  price on all orders  regardless  of  the  size of  the  order. We  do  not  ship any other  way.Look in our  free shipping section/Retail section or  thoughout the  website for  single or 3-6 piece lot deals which have  shipping included in the  prices.You  can  avoid the  ship  costs  this way !!! 

    #3 Shipping on dozens  is  set  for wholesale quantity bulk orders to  insure that our  customers who sell retail will  have  a profit  margin when  reselling the  item.


EXAMPLE :#1  if  you  buy 1 dozen pairs of eyelashes @10.95 a  dozen with 19.00 shipping =$29.95 total divide  by 12 pairs each pair becomes 2.49 a pair


 but    if  you  buy 3 dozen pairs of  eyelashes@10.95 a dozen with shipping 19.00 =$50.50  total divide by 36 pairs  each  pair then becomes 1.40 a pair 


  Do we  ship  to  PO Boxes?
  

  Yes  and  No- small  order  going  though US priority mail  can  be  shipped  to  PO  Boxes ,NO Large  Fedex orders  can  go  to  a  Po  Box  you  must give  a  address .


     Why  do  we set  shipping  so  high? 

Since we  have a low 20.00 minimum order  requirement ,you can  place a  small order  with us and  not invest  a large  sum of  money  to try our products. We  do  this  to  ensure that our  customers  who sell  retail will have  a  profit  margin to  resell the  product that  they  buy from us. All orders  have  a  $10.00 handling  fee  built into  the  ship  price EXCEPT those  single or 3-6 pieces  deals thoughout the  site .Email us for  a  small order ship quote  on something  you  dont see with  shipping included.

     When will I  get  my  order?

All orders  are  processed  within 48 -72  business hours,after your payment is  cleared, unless we  are  waiting for  a  cargo ship delivery  for a  item that is back ordered in that  case in may take  7-10 business days and  up  to  3 weeks for out of  stock  Red  cherry  eyelashes and  Wigs.

     What is  your  return policy ?

    Do  we  drop ship ?

  Sorry  Not any more, due  to the high rise of  credit card  fraud.

     Will we  ship to  unconfirmed or different address other then your  bill to  address ?

 No ,Due  to  rise  of  charge backs and  fraud We  prefer all ship to  address be the bill to address in your pay pal account  OR  THE  BILLING  ADDRESS ON YOUR  CREDIT  CARD,but we realize that is  not  always  possible, we  will contact you  for  a  address  confirmation plus all orders  will need  to  be  signed for at  time of  delivery . Your  payment  may  be refunded  if  your  ship  to  address  is  not  your  bill to  address . 


      
What happens if I cannot  confirm my  address?  


You  will get  a  email or  phone  call from us  asking  you  to  confirm your  order and  the  ship  to  address ,depending  on the  amount  of  your  order   you  may  be  required  to  sign  a  confirmation form we  will email  you  or  fax  to  you  and  you  will have  to  fax  or  email it  back  to  us.This  is  for  your  protection  and  ours against  credit  card  fraud .

       Can I  phone  in a  order ?

No, all orders  must  be  placed  online through our  secure locked checkout system. We  can  arrage  to  take  your  order  over  the  phone if  you  give  us  a  call 727-868-8964

      Can I use  a  Credit  card ?

Yes, You  can use your  credit  cards  though  the secure payment processor, pay pal or google checkout you do  not  need accounts to  pay thought pay pal  or  google checkout they  take credit  cards,or  we  can  arrange  a  time  to  take  your  info over  the  phone

o you  take checks and  Money  orders?

No checks due to the rise of  fraud, email us  if  you  want  to  send  a  postal money order  only.

     What happens if items are not in stock?

If a  substitute is available we will fill your order with  the closest  item,or email /or call for approval if  item is not  similar, if  no substitute is available the order is shipped without it.We do  not  substitute eyelashes #or wigs colors or  lingerie,or  costumes  unless you request it .

We  will substitute  Red Cherry  brand with  Stardell lash,Bliss or ICE brand .  Your money is  returned for that item within 24-48 hours after shipping only  if  a  substitute  is  not  available
 


      Will my  product be or look exactly the  same as  the  photos?


Most of  the time you will get product that is just likeor similar to the photo and look better then the photos shown, but all the products we  sell can vary according to stock availability.We do not give choices on exact colors or styles.We ship you  what we  have in stock.If you  do not want a substitute similar, send us a email immediately or put a not in the payment box when you pay. 


     What is  your  handling  fee?


all orders  have  a 10.00 handling  fee  built  into  the  shipping  price it is non refundable even if  your order has  out of  stock items in it.EXcept  in the  shipping included /retail section and 3-6 piece  deals with shipping included  thoughout the  website  


  
Do  you  ship  Internationally

Yes,email us  with  items  interested  in we  will send  you  a  ship  quote but

You  can  cancel  within 12-24 hours
 - lingerie items  cannot  be  canceled ,if  your  order is  already  processed you  will  be charged a  restock  fee,and  a  payment processor fee since  we  are  charged a fee  as  soon as  you  pay and  to  return that payment to  you  we  are charged  another fee. If  you  have  questions  email before  paying  for  your  order.*  Canceled  orders  or  customer "change  of  mind" orders,returned orders,and return payment due  from not reading the terms and  conditions or FAQ section including  processing times, our hours including our  closed week of  no  shipping ,returned packages to us from shipper due to customer unable to sign for signature  delivery packages from the shipper, will also  be  charged  15% transaction fee/restock fee 


    Why is  my  item out of  stock when  I  ordered it  said  unlimited availability?

Unless items  are in the  Free  shipping/single item category where  our inventory  is  regulated, we  cannot  control if  customers place large bulk orders online and in turn purchase all our available current in stock  inventory for  a  item. Most all our  products will say "unlimited availability" and  most all  of our  products  come in on a  regular  basis monthly.Again email us  if  you  are on a  time  frame for  a  order delivery deadline before  completing  payment  for  your  order.We  can  always  send  you  a  link to  complete payment for  your  order when you  decide.

Can I  pick -Up a order ?
